Sarah Nabakooza an environmental activist, waste management technologist, and dedicated community mobiliser at Earth Volunteers.

In 2022, driven by her passion for sustainable solutions, Sarah developed a 100% biodegradable waste burner stove. This innovative creation has significantly impacted the lives of low-income women, especially single mothers in remote areas who depend on firewood for cooking.

By providing an affordable and eco-friendly alternative, Sarah not only offers a sustainable option but also empowers women to join the movement for environmental conservation. Through her work as a community mobiliser, she inspires and educates others to become climate action advocates.
