Sandra Nakyinza is a Ugandan climate advocate and environmentalist currently in her third year at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. Her academic journey has not only equipped her with knowledge but has ignited a fervent commitment to making a meaningful impact on the environmental challenges facing our world today. Sandra is a part of the Earth Volunteers extended team.

In her pursuit of a comprehensive understanding of climate change, Sandra actively engages with both the theoretical aspects of her studies and practical, hands-on experiences, volunteering for community awareness and tree planting campaigns. Her willingness to volunteer reflects a deep-seated belief in the power of collective action and community engagement to bring about positive change.
